Our Specialties Include

Electromagnetic Locks (Maglocks)

For openings that need a strong, silent hold — glass storefronts, stairwell doors, server rooms. We size the magnet to the door, wire it fail-safe so it releases on power loss or alarm, and add the request-to-exit and push-to-exit devices code requires.

Electric Strikes

Electric strikes let an existing lockset stay in place while the door is released electronically. We spec fail-secure or fail-safe to match the opening, fit the strike to the frame and latch, and prep the frame for wiring — a clean retrofit on most commercial doors.

Electric Push Bars

Electric push bars allow doors to be opened electronically while maintaining the security of the exit device. We install and wire the push bars to integrate with your access control system, ensuring compliance with fire and life-safety codes.

Electric Mortise Locks

Electrified mortise locks build the release into the lock body, so the door stays latched and solid while still working with your credentials. We fit them where strikes or maglocks are a poor match and run the wiring through the door with a power transfer hinge or loop.

Card & Fob Readers

Readers and credentials to fit how your people move: proximity and smart cards, key fobs, mobile credentials, and PIN keypads, with multi-factor where a door needs it. We mount and wire the readers and enroll the first set of credentials.

Control System Configuration & Integration

The system is only as good as its setup. We program users, schedules, holidays, and door groups, set lock-down and anti-passback behavior where it is needed, turn on audit logging, and connect new doors to a controller you already run.

Working with your existing hardware

Access control almost never starts from a blank building. Usually we are adding electronics to doors that already have commercial locks, closers, and exit devices. Where the mechanical hardware is sound, we electrify it — an electric strike behind the existing lockset, or a power transfer to an electrified exit device — so you keep the door’s fire rating and functionality. Where hardware is worn or the wrong type, we replace it as part of the job; that overlap is why access control and commercial locksmith work usually happen together. We can help you decide how to best integrate access control with your existing hardware.

Layered access & master keying

Electronic access control works best as one layer, not the whole plan. A master key system still covers the doors that do not justify a reader, keyed override gets you in when power or network is down, and a periodic security audit shows where credentials, keys, and permissions have drifted out of date. We can design the mechanical and electronic sides together so they cover for each other.
